Shipping policy

Our aim is to deliver orders as quickly as possible! We work with various printing companies and manufacturers; delivery times will therefore vary depending on the product.

Every order will be provided with a Track & Trace code, so that you, as the customer, know where your parcel is. This applies to parcels whose dimensions and weight fall within the parcel service’s standards. For orders that can be delivered as letterbox parcels, we will always aim to include a Track & Trace code.

Our target delivery time is 4 to 8 working days. By ‘delivery time’, we mean the time between placing an order and the moment it is actually presented to the customer.
