Refund policy

We naturally hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase. But what if you’re not satisfied? You can easily return the item you’ve ordered!

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt of your order, during which you may return the product without giving a reason. To return the product (in a letterbox parcel), it must be unworn, undamaged, with all original labels attached, and in the same condition as when you received it (see terms and conditions). We will not accept clothing or products that show visible signs of wear, use or damage. Of course, you are welcome to try on clothing.

Please notify us of your return via info@bellannowear.nl. Once you have notified us, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account number you have provided as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after we have received the returned product. The postage costs are at your own expense.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product from us, for logistical reasons it is easier for both you and us if you return the product and order the new item you require via the online shop.
